The Rise of Liverpool FC

Prrriiitttt Phil Dowd end up the first LFc's BPL match.
Liverpool lose 3-0 to WBA at the Hawthorns Stadium with a red card for Daniel Agger and two penalties in front of the goalie.

Disappointment, anger, sadness come out together from both the fans and the player. But coach Brendan isn't that guy who drown too much because of the GW1 result.
He calms everybody who put their hope in Brendan's back.
He proves and trigger back fans hope by winning the EL game 1-0 (vs Hearts)

Now Brendan's Troop will face their first home BPL game against the champion Manchester City. It will be a rough game and it won't be easy for both Rodger's and Manicini's side.

" It will never be easy to play at Anfield " said Mancini.

Now let me deliver you some analysis of this match.

Manchester City
A 3-2 win against promotion team at Etihad Stadium isn't the result that Mancini want to start the new season. It shows that City haven't 'that ready' for this brend new season. But we'd better go back to pass two week when they beat the Champion's League Winner, Chelsea 3-2 in the community shield. We can see how good their mental is. They were left by Torres goal but they can came back and win the Shield.

But despite of their champions mental I see a hole in their backline. 4 goals in two matches is horrible. It means that there're some defensive error in City's defend.

Although they have a 'horrible' defending system, they have an absolutely incredible superior midfield. They have Yaya, Silva, Rodwell, Milner, Nasri, Barry, Milner. Whoever starts against Liverpool, give us a big threat.

Moreover their Strikers. They have Tevez, Balotelli, Dzeko and Aguero. But luckily Aguero is injured and will not involved in the clash. But Tevez, Balo and Dzeko is so damned good enough to break Liverpool's quartet.

Liverpool
A 3-0 defeat from WBA is a shame for such a big club like Liverpool. They need to wake up now. Their game play against WBA is such a big bad game. This is Liverpool, Liverpool isn't a club who deserves that kind of defeat. I guess in this match, Liverpool will get back on their top form. Brendan know how to deal with it and obviously Gerrard know how to face it. He has experienced a lot of high and lows with the club. I know he can motivate the young lads.

But the game isn't about how good Brendan and Gerrard can motivate the players. 3 goals in the fisrt match is such a badass for Liverpool. With the absence of Agger I see there's a big hole in LFC's defend. I don't expect Carragher to play agains City. Yes he own a lot of experience. But it ain't enough. Let's be honest, ho doesn't fast enough to handle Tevez or Balotelli. I'd rather pick Coates that Carragher against City. Young players always play on fire whenever the team calls.

I guess this game will be a 'game of midfielders' as we have a huge stock of talented midfielders. But I see Lucas-Gerrard-Allen will start as well to deal with City's midfield.

Liverpool actually have a good strikers. Suarez, Carroll, Borini and the new boy Assaidi are good enough. But lack of chance conversion is the matter. I myself don't even know why our finishing touch is so bad or the opponents keeper become very tremendous in match against us.

In my opinion, this match will be dominated by City, but Liverpool with the spirit of resurgence can defend well and can make City frustrated.
My objective score prediction will be 1-1

Now as a Liverpool huge fans, I hope Liverpool can win the match tonight. Let's hope so.

LFC's First Match Preview

Yupp it's match day lads!
The first LFc's Premier League match is underway
Rodgers' army will start their Premier League campaign by paying a visit to the Hawthorns Stadium.
It will be a big game for both Rodger and Clarke's sides.
Both of LFc and WBA start the new season with new manager, so who will smile at the end of 90th minutes on the Hawthorns Stadium?
Let's check out the preview and prediction:

1. Materi Pemain
Berbicara mengenai materi pemain, maka kita berbicara mengenai kualitas individu pemain. Dilihat dari kualitas individu tiap pemain, maka Liverpool diatas kertas berada 1 level diatas West Bromwich Albion.  Dengan kedatangan pemain-pemain baru seperti BOrini, Allen dan Assaidi di kubu the Reds, saya rasa Liverpool akan lebih solid dibandingkan WBA. Dan dari materi pemain Liverpool yang ada, saya memperkirakan Rodgers akan memainkan line up:

-Goal Keeper sudah jelas menjadi milik Reina

-Back four menurut saya masih akan ditempati Johnson - Skrtel - Agger - Enrique jika tidak terjadi cedera diantara mereka berempat

- Midfield: saya menduga Allen akan sterting bersama-sama dengan Lucas dimana Lucas-Allen akan bermain agak di belakang atau di depan back four, dengan pembagian tugas, Lucas fokus breaker serangan lawan dan Allen sebagai awal mula serangan. Sedangkan Gerrard akan diberikan free role dibelakang striker, posisi yang tidak lagi asing bagi Gerrard, seperti saat masih ada Torress </3

-Striker: Untuk posisi ini saya menduga Suarez, Downing dan Borini masih akan menjadi pilihan utama, dan pembelian anyar Rodgers, Assaidi akan mengawali permainan dari Bench. Dengan pola sperti ini, diharapkan ketiga penyerang kita mampu saling bertukar-tukar posisi sehingga dapat membingungkan pertahanan lawan.

Formasi ini juga dapat berubah menjadi 4-4-2 ketika tim sedang tertekan dengan menyisakan Borini- Suarez di depan untuk bersiap-siap jika ada counter attack.

2. Faktor Pelatih
Kedua pelatih baik Brendan Rodgers maupun Steve Clarke merupakan pelatih baru bagi tim mereka. Namun Brendan Rodgers dan Steve Clarke sudah saling mengenali 1 sama lain saat bekerja sam dibawah pimpinan Jose Mourinho di Chelsea. Ditambah lagi Steve Clarke pernah menjadi asisten pelatih di Liverpool saat masih dilatih oleh Kenny Dalglish. Tapi Liverpool telah berubah, gaya permainan yang diusung Brendan Rodgers jauh lebih atraktif dan mengandalkan passing pendek yang cepat. Jadi kemungkinan besar pertandingan diawal babak pertama, pelatih akan menginstruksikan pemainnya untuk lebih bersabar dan membaca permainan lawan.

3. Faktor Venue Pertandingan
Venue pertandingan kali ini adalah the Hawthorns stadium yang notabene adalah kandang WBA. Sebagai tuan rumah tentu saja WBA akan lebih mendapat dukungan dari supporternya sendiri, namun disinilah mental pemain LFC akan diuji dan saya rasa mereka mampu mel;ewati ujian tersebut.

4. Beberapa Pertandingan Terakhir
Dari 5 pertandingan terakhir yang dijalani Liverpool, terlihat the Reds mengalami peningkatan permainan yang cukup signifikan
